1. Introduction

The car catalog of the dealership (hereinafter: "the Catalog") is technically operated by Nayad. We respect your privacy. This policy explains what information is collected when you browse the Catalog or leave your details in it, for what purposes, with whom it is shared, how long it is kept and what your rights are. It forms part of the Terms of Use.

The text is worded in the masculine for convenience only and refers to all genders.

2. Who is responsible for the information

• Details you left in the inquiry form are delivered to the dealership, which is the database owner with respect to them and is responsible for their use. Nayad stores and processes them on its behalf, in accordance with its instructions, so that it can get back to you.
• Technical information (IP address and browser details while browsing) is processed by Nayad and by the hosting provider for operation and security purposes, as detailed below.

3. Information collected

3.1. Details you provide

When you send an inquiry, the following are stored:

• Full name and mobile phone number;
• The cars the inquiry relates to (the car you viewed and cars you saved);
• If you ticked them — interest in financing and trade-in details: the car's plate number and its remaining loan balance;
• Where the inquiry was sent from (a car page or your saved cars list) and when it was sent.

Providing the details is of your own free will and is not required by law; without them we will not be able to get back to you. Please do not provide the details of others without their consent, and do not provide sensitive information in the form beyond what is required.

3.2. Information stored in your browser only

The following data is stored in your browser's local storage on your device and is not sent to us:

• The list of cars you saved (the heart) and the cars you viewed;
• Recent searches;
• The accessibility menu settings you chose.

You can delete it at any time through your browser settings (clearing site data).

3.3. Technical information

• Access logs of the hosting infrastructure (Cloudflare): IP address, request time, browser type and errors, for security, troubleshooting and abuse prevention.
• To limit repeated form submissions, a temporary counter is kept per IP address and is deleted automatically within two hours. The IP address is not stored with the inquiry.
• To show the catalog of the correct dealership, a service cookie (catalog:dealer) is stored on your device for up to 30 days, in cases where you arrive through a general link and not through the dealership's own address.
• The Google fonts service is loaded when the page is displayed, so your IP address and browser details are transferred to it in order to load the font, subject to Google's privacy policy.
• To allow installing the catalog as an app and to load it faster, icons and display files (Service Worker and cache) are stored on your device.

The Catalog does not use analytics tools, tracking pixels or advertising cookies, and does not build profiles of users.

4. Purposes of use

• Responding to an inquiry: a call, message or WhatsApp from the Dealership, regarding the cars you asked about and financing or trade-in if you requested them.
• Operating the Catalog: displaying cars, and saving a personal list and recent searches in the browser.
• Security and malfunctions: preventing abuse, spam and overload, and detecting malfunctions.
• Compliance with legal requirements.

We do not use inquiry details for general marketing mailings and we do not sell them. If you ask us not to contact you, we will stop.

5. Disclosure of information to others

We do not transfer personal details to third parties for marketing purposes. Details are transferred only:

• To the dealership, which receives the inquiry and may use it as set out in this policy;
• To service providers acting for us and in accordance with our instructions: Cloudflare (hosting, database and image storage);
• To WhatsApp (Meta) — only if you chose to continue to a WhatsApp chat after sending the inquiry: a message containing your name and the cars you selected opens in your app, and its sending is subject to WhatsApp's privacy policy;
• To a competent authority when required by law, a court order or legal proceedings, and to protect rights or prevent fraud.

Service providers may store information on servers outside Israel, subject to security and confidentiality undertakings and accepted protective measures. If the activity is transferred to another entity, the information will be transferred only if that entity will abide by this policy.

6. Information security

• All communication with the Site is encrypted (HTTPS).
• Access to inquiries is limited to authorized Dealership staff only, and is separated between dealerships.
• The form is protected against repeated submissions and abnormal data input.

Despite these measures, complete protection against every breach or malfunction cannot be guaranteed. In the event of a serious security incident we will act in accordance with the law.

7. Retention period

• Inquiries are kept for as long as the Dealership needs them to handle the inquiry and manage the relationship with you, and no longer than necessary. You may request deletion at any time (section 8).
• The submission-limit counter is deleted within two hours; infrastructure logs are kept for a short period according to the provider's policy.
• Browser data remains on your device until you delete it.

8. Your rights

In accordance with the Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, and its regulations, you are entitled to review the information held about you, to request that it be corrected or deleted, and to object to its use for direct mailing. To exercise a right, contact us and state your name and the phone number you provided, so that we can locate the inquiry. We will handle the request promptly and in any event within the period prescribed by law, and will help pass it on to the Dealership when needed.

9. Minors

The Catalog is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect details about minors under the age of 18. If you believe a minor has provided details, contact us and we will delete them.

10. External links

The Site contains links to WhatsApp, Waze and other services operated by third parties. We are not responsible for their privacy policies.

11. Changes to the policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will be published on this page with the update date.
